Wade Black offers Horsemanship Certification Course

Locally renowned horse trainer Wade Black is now offering a college level course in horsemanship with Certificate of Completion in Applied Animal Behavior & Live Stock Management through Training for the Cross, LLC in Homedale, Idaho beginning November 1, 2011.
This is an awesome opportunity for horsemen and women in the Northwest to receive a unique, quality education in Horsemanship and Stockmanship from a highly respected, skilled and experienced horseman at an affordable price.

Wade was born on the Stampede Ranch in Nevada and grew up riding with the buckaroos. At age 10, his family moved to Idaho, where they bred, raised and trained horses for the public. Wade helped his dad start colts, and rodeoed in high school, becoming a state and national high school rodeo contender. He earned a rodeo scholarship in Saddle Bronc Riding at Montana State University, where he received a BS in Equine Science, MS in Equine Nutrition and Masters Degree in Nutrition and Behavior. Wade also taught colt starting classes at Montana State University for two years and Animal Science at Treasure Valley Community College in Ontario, Oregon for one year.

This 5 month course beginning November 1 consists of 4 consecutive 4 week long classes 1/3 classroom instruction, 2/3 practical hands on experience. If you would be interested in participating in the college course or have questions please contact www.trainingforthecross.com.
