Horses4Heroes is a Las Vegas-based horseback riding organization created especially for the families of military personnel, veterans, fire fighters, law enforcement officers, critical care and hospice nurses and other heroes in communities from coast to coast. If you or your kids love horses, this is the organization for you. Founded in 2006, Horses4Heroes, Inc. is a national network of kid-friendly, family friendly horseback riding facilities that are enriching lives and empowering local youth and their families by offering able-bodied, affordable, recreational, educational and health & wellness programs and activities. The organization and its facilities in 20 states serve all ages (from child to adult) and promotes all breeds and equestrian disciplines events from reining to roping, jumping to jousting and horse shows to rodeos. Horses4Heroes is looking for kid/family friendly facilities to join our national network and help us fulfill our mission to make horseback riding affordable and accessible to these families whose daily sacrifices keep us safe and free. “In addition to making horseback riding affordable for local heroes and their families,” said Sydney Knott, Horses4Heroes president and executive director, “we are bringing in to the horse world brand new customers for all things equestrian including riding instructors, western wear and lifestyle retailers, and trucks.” For more information, call (888) 987-4376 (9US-HERO) or visit the Web site at www.horses4heroes.org.
